Instructions

Thank you for your interest in joining the Nebraska Dermatology Society!

To begin, please select the appropriate membership level based on your profession according to the table below.

LEVEL	DESCRIPTION
Physician Active	Physicians that are 5+ years post residency/fellowship.
Physician Retired	Physicians retired from active practice.
Physician 1st Year	Physicians that are one year post residency/fellowship.
Resident/Fellow	Engaged in a Nebraska resident program approved by the ACGME.
Associate	Physicians licensed in Nebraska. Associate members are not eligible to hold office with the society.
Medical Student	Engaged in a Nebraska training program approved by the ACGME.
Nonphysician	Individuals working for the industry or in allied health professions (such as physician’s assistants or licensed nurse practitioners). Nonphysician members may attend meetings and participate in discussions but may not vote, hold office, or serve on a committee.
