Thank you for your interest in joining!

To begin your application:

Select the county you primarily practice in. Not all counties have an active County Medical Society. If this applies to you, please select 'All Other Counties'.
Select the your current year of practice based on the completion date of your last fellowship/residency (see chart below).

LEVEL	DESCRIPTION
Physician Active	Physicians that are 5+ years post residency/fellowship.
Physician 4th Year	Physicians that are four years post residency/fellowship.
Physician 3rd Year	Physicians that are three years post residency/fellowship.
Physician 2nd Year	Physicians that are two years post residency/fellowship.
Physician 1st Year	Physicians that are one year post residency/fellowship.
Physician Associate	Retired/semi-retired physicians who have been in practice 20+ years and a NMA member for at least five consecutive years.
Physician Emeritus	Retired/semi-retired physicians who have been in practice 40+ years and a NMA member for at least five consecutive years.

Physicians who are a graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school, or an institution recognized as equivalent by the Nebraska Board of Medicine and Surgery, and who is engaged in an activity which does not require medical licensure.
