Thank you for your interest in joining the Nebraska Academy of Eye Physicians & Surgeons!

To begin, please select the appropriate membership level based on your profession according to the table below.

LEVEL	DESCRIPTION
Physician Active	Physicians that are 5+ years post residency/fellowship.
Physician Retired	Physicians retired from active practice.
Resident/Fellow	Engaged in a Nebraska resident program approved by the ACGME.
