Thank you for your interest in joining the Nebraska Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology!

To begin, please select the appropriate membership level based on your profession according to the table below.

LEVEL	DESCRIPTION
Physician	Physicians that are 5+ years post residency/fellowship.
Advanced Practice Provider or Midlevel Practitioner	Individuals working for the industry or in allied health professions. Advanced Practice Provider or Midlevel Practitioner members may attend meetings and participate in discussions but may not vote, hold office, or serve on a committee.
